About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze operations, and help define product improvements that create business value.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze workflows, operations, and business processes
- Collaborate with product managers on feature specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Create user stories, use cases, and process maps
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Work with engineering teams to ensure alignment
- Support data-driven decision making through reports and dashboards
Requirements
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating documentation and functional specs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of product lifecycle processes
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience in product management
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Background in SaaS or tech startups
