Build. Integrate. Scale. — for companies whose systems have to work.

Ways To Work With Us

From an idea to a system running in production

Whether you need a prototype next month or a platform that has to hold up for years, the engineering standard is the same.

Have the idea but not the engineering team?

You don't need to hire an entire technology department to build your next product.

Tell us what you're trying to build. We'll help you design it, engineer it, integrate the right technology and take it to production.

Tell Us What You're Building

How It Goes

Idea → Architecture → Build → Integrate → Deploy → Scale

1

Idea

We pressure-test what you are building, who it is for and what it has to do.

2

Architecture

We design the system, and write the decisions down, before anyone writes code.

3

Build

Senior engineers in short cycles, with running software you can review.

4

Integrate

Connect it to the providers, platforms and data you already run.

5

Deploy

Ship it with monitoring, alerting and reconciliation running from day one.

6

Scale

Grow it without the rewrite eighteen months later.

Where To Start

Pick the one that matches where your product is

These are starting points, not packages. Scope and price are agreed per phase once we understand the system.

Fastest

Prototype

Prove the idea is worth building before you invest in building it.

  • A working, clickable version of the core idea
  • The key screens and the main user journey
  • Enough of a backend to make it real, no more
  • A written view of what full delivery would involve
  • Typically one to two weeks

Rescue

AI-Assisted Build

You started it with AI tools. We make it something you can put in front of users.

  • Review of what the tools generated, and what it will cost you later
  • Refactor or rebuild, depending on what we find
  • A real backend, real APIs and real authentication
  • Testing, deployment and the operational gaps AI tools skip
  • Post-launch support while you find your footing

MVP Build

Your first real version, engineered so the second version is not a rewrite.

  • One platform, web or mobile, done properly
  • The features that prove the product, and no filler
  • Secure authentication and a database designed to grow
  • An admin view so you can actually run it
  • Documentation and full source code ownership

Most Common

Product Build

A full product across web and mobile, ready for the market you are entering.

  • Web and mobile, iOS and Android
  • Custom interface design, not a template
  • Cloud infrastructure, storage and integrations
  • Payments where you need them
  • Technical documentation and handover to your team

Infrastructure

Scale & Platform

High-scale systems where the operational work matters as much as the features.

  • Architecture built for the load you are actually expecting
  • Fintech, blockchain or AI infrastructure where the product needs it
  • Security review, monitoring, CI/CD and DevOps
  • Analytics and the reporting your business runs on
  • A named engineering lead for the duration

Flexible

Phased Delivery

For teams building in stages, or still working out how far this goes.

  • Scoped and priced one phase at a time
  • No long-term commitment beyond the current phase
  • Weekly or fortnightly delivery cycles
  • Stop, pause or expand between phases
  • Move to a full build whenever it makes sense

FAQ

What people ask before starting

Which of these do I need?

+

That is what the technical call is for. We would rather understand the system before recommending an engagement, and we will tell you if a smaller one gets you what you need. Nobody has ever been talked into a bigger phase by us because the phase was bigger.

Why are there no prices on this page?

+

Because a number on a page before we understand your system would be a guess, and you would be entitled to hold us to it. After the technical call you get a written scope with a fixed price for the first phase. You are never approving open-ended work, and you are never paying for a number we made up in advance.

Do you take on small projects?

+

Yes. A prototype or a first MVP is a normal way to start, and plenty of our longer engagements began that way. What we do not do is build something cheaply now in a way that has to be thrown away later — if that is the trade you want, we are the wrong firm.

Do I own the source code?

+

Yes, on every engagement. Code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are delivered into your repositories and your cloud accounts. There is no tier where we keep your product hostage.

What if I need changes after launch?

+

Every engagement includes a period of post-launch support. After that, ongoing work is available if you want it — but we hand over documentation and run knowledge transfer so your team can own the system without us. Support should be a choice, not a dependency we engineered in.

Can I start small and expand?

+

That is what Phased Delivery is for, and it is how most engagements run in practice. We scope one phase, deliver it, and decide the next one together with real information instead of assumptions.

What technologies do you use?

+

TypeScript, React and Next.js on the web; React Native and Flutter on mobile; Node.js, Python and Go on the backend; Postgres, AWS, Docker and Terraform for infrastructure. For fintech work, Solidity and Rust alongside double-entry ledgers and KYC/AML integrations. We choose based on what you already run, not on what we prefer.

Can we pay in instalments?

+

Yes. Phases are billed as they are delivered, and larger engagements can be split further. We will agree the schedule in writing before the first phase starts.

Not sure where you fit?

Neither are most people at this stage. Tell us what you're trying to build and we'll work it out on the call.
