About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Iterate based on user feedback and data insights
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie)
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with design for accessibility
- Understanding of animation and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with user research methodologies
- Experience with design workshops and facilitation
- Knowledge of design tokens and theming
