About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, ensure seamless project execution, and deliver high-quality results on time. You will oversee planning, coordination, and communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from concept to completion
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
- Identify risks and create mitigation plans
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Conduct project retrospectives and continuous improvements
- Track project budgets and resource allocation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with software development processes
Nice to Have
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Background in engineering or product development
